You’ve been doing musical improvisation for a while now and have been having a lovely time. As fun as it is, you’ve reached a point where you want to level up, have a better understanding of song structures, scene into songs, when, how and why to sing. Most of all, you’d like a few more personal notes on your journey in musical improv.

In this online class, you will be given a bespoke 12 weeks journey built around the make up of the class. Each improviser will have personal attention as well as a chance to reflect and bond with the rest of the team. There may even be homework…

In this class we will focus on

• You as an improviser: what are your personal skills and challenges
• You as an instrument: how to get the most out of your voice when improvising with a musician
• The role of the MD: How to improvise and communicate with your musician
• The role of the team: How to get maximum joy from the team you are with

Due to the personalised nature of this class, places are limited to 9 participants.

This course is 12 weeks, with a week’s break after 5 weeks.
