Improv can help you build your confidence, connect with people, and feel more creative and empowered. Whether you are a professional performer or have never been onstage, improv helps you to stay relaxed under pressure and enjoy everything you do just a little bit more. It’s like yoga for the mind.
Founded in Brighton by two of the UK’s most experienced performers and teachers, AndAlso is one of the UK’s largest improv companies. And we’re excited to bring our energy, experience, and community spirit to Cornwall.
Led by Victoria Daniels, AndAlso Cornwall brings the joy and benefits of improvisation to the South West.
From autumn 2025, AndAlso Cornwall will offer free improv tasters, drop-in classes, and courses in Penryn and Falmouth. Soon, we’ll be introducing kids and teens classes and applied training, all shaped by Cornwall’s unique mix of creative and business culture.
