Victoria is an educator, performer, and facilitator with over twenty years of experience in teaching, communication, and the performing arts.
She trained in acting at the Birmingham School of Speech and Drama after completing an Honours degree in Performing Arts at the University of Winchester, going on to work professionally across theatre and film. Her stage credits include Balls (Off Cut Festival, London), Smoke and Mirrors (Writers Block Productions, Brighton Fringe), and Handbag (Glottal Stop Theatre Company, Edinburgh Festival). On screen, she has appeared in several independent and arthouse films, including My Favourite Time of the Day (Mica Films), Diktat Group 201, and Time Patrol (Sophisticated Madness).
Victoria has since built an international career in education and theatre, facilitating creative programmes across government sectors, corporations, schools, charities, and community projects. She has taught English and drama in France, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, South Korea, and Slovakia—guided by her belief that learning is most powerful when it’s active, engaging, and human.
As a facilitator with AndAlso, Victoria draws on her background in performance, education, and cross-cultural communication to help people build confidence, connection, and creative agility. Her approach is inclusive, empathetic, and full of energy—whether she’s guiding participants through storytelling, collaboration, or finding their authentic voice under pressure.
A recipient of the ILA Vietnam Teacher of Excellence Award, Victoria has designed and delivered arts-based programmes for organisations including LOCOG (London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games), The British International School, and numerous international language centres.
