Jenny is an improviser, performer, and facilitator who combines playful creativity with a supportive teaching style that encourages exploration and confidence.

Originally trained with Youth Theatre Northwest in the US, Jenny relocated to Brighton to deepen her improvisation studies with leading teachers including The Maydays, Jill Bernard, Joe Bill, and Bill Arnett. She also trained in clowning with Dr Brown and is a founding member of the successful improv troupe Tiny Dynamite, known for their sell-out shows at Brighton Fringe.

Jenny performs regularly as part of the two-woman improv groups 2 Spoons and Haufek and Lloyd, bringing surreal, heart-led storytelling to the stage. She is also a recipient of an Audioverse award for voicing the character Hartro Piltz in the improvised science fiction podcast Stellar Firma, as well as creator and performer of its spin-off podcast Compulsory Film Appreciation. As well as being a member of the critically acclaimed improv troupe, The Maydays.

At AndAlso, Jenny’s facilitation style is playful, encouraging participants to trust their instincts and embrace the unknown. She specialises in guiding teams through joyful, experimental improv that builds creativity, adaptability, and collaborative confidence—skills essential for thriving in fast-paced professional environments.
