Lel is AndAlso’s General Manager, expertly overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration that keep the company running smoothly.

With over a decade of experience working alongside improv companies like The Maydays and The Nursery, Lel brings a deep understanding of the creative community’s needs and rhythms. Prior to joining AndAlso, she ran her own catering company and managed the Brighton Cookery School, as well as numerous cafes, pubs, and restaurants in Brighton—her home since 2002.

Lel is passionate about supporting local independent businesses, empowering them to achieve their goals and thrive. Her creative roots run deep in theatre, having written, produced, and directed two successful plays earlier in her career. Though her focus is now on enabling others’ creative work to flourish, she’s always ready to bring her flair for storytelling and leadership to new projects.
