Rhiannon is an improviser, performer, and facilitator who brings a rare blend of empathy, creativity, and humour to everything she does.

She has been improvising since 2008, performing regularly in London, Brighton, and internationally with award-winning company The Maydays. She has appeared in acclaimed genre and music-driven shows including Dreamweaver Quartet, The Concept (developed with Lemon Jelly’s Fred Deakin), and the cult hit Bumper Blyton: The Improvised Adventure. Her immersive theatre work includes the five-star comedy Honey’s Happening, and she’s written and performed two solo comedy shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

As a facilitator with AndAlso, Rhiannon helps people find creative confidence, collaborate with greater ease, and feel more present and connected—whether they’re navigating change or just trying something new. Her facilitation style is gentle, grounded, and quietly transformative, with a focus on human connection, emotional intelligence, and playful exploration.

She’s particularly skilled at helping quieter voices shine, and creates spaces where people feel genuinely safe to take creative risks.

When not on stage or in the training room, Rhiannon can usually be found deep in her most demanding improvisational role to date: parenthood.

Favourite improv moment: Discovering an entire improvised dream world with an audience of children and adults who all willingly suspended disbelief together. A reminder that the surreal and the sincere can go hand in hand—and that play is for everyone.
