Rosy is an actor, writer, and facilitator with a rich background in theatre, television, and film—and a deep love of storytelling in all its forms.
She trained as an actor before completing an MA in Playwriting, going on to spend a decade writing for young people’s theatre, creating original works that inspired creativity and confidence in young audiences. Her return to performing came through improvisation, appearing in Zoo House at Battersea Arts Centre and in genre-inspired shows such as The Improvised Dickens and The Improvised Restoration Comedy.
Rosy is a founder member of Impromptu Shakespeare, performing at festivals across the UK including Bristol, Edinburgh, and Brighton, as well as touring to Buxton, Belfast, Stratford-upon-Avon, and beyond. She has also worked extensively with immersive theatre pioneers Les Enfants Terribles, bringing bold and imaginative experiences to audiences nationwide.
At AndAlso, Rosy draws on her years of creative practice to help individuals and teams connect through story, spontaneity, and play. Her facilitation style is open, curious, and energising—inviting people to discover the power of imagination, empathy, and shared creativity in communication.
Favourite improv moment: Realising mid-performance that an improvised Shakespearean soliloquy about turnips had moved an audience to tears—a reminder that truth and laughter often share the same stage.
