Programme content

Presentation - What vulnerability really is
Vulnerability is not about sharing your deepest, darkest secrets. It’s about showing people how you think, letting them see what’s going on inside your head as it is happening. In doing that, they will learn to trust you. In this short presentation, your participants will be introduced to a simpler, less intimidating form of vulnerability and see how valuable and powerful it can be.
Workshop 1 - Having meaningful conversations
What do say after you say where you are from and what department you’re joining? In this section, candidates are guided in the lost art of conversation, alternating sharing and enquiring, finding points of commonality and being inspired by their partner.
Workshop 2 - Modelling support through play part 1
How do you really get to know someone? In this hilarious section, you will bond through classic small group improvisation games. You will see how the best way to learn to trust someone is to act like you do already. Without having to perform, you will work with your colleagues very differently and, in doing so, discover a little more of who they are.
Workshop 3 - Modelling support through play pt II - ‘All about you’
What better way to finish the day than a show? In this entertaining part of the programme, our skilled improvisers (and an optional musician) will create an improvised show for and about the people in the room. A burst of entertainment and energy at the end of the day, our show will send people home with a smile on their faces.
